I'm having trouble logging in

There may be a couple reasons why you're having trouble logging in. First, if you're on a computer, try switching your browser to either Google Chrome or Firefox. They seem to work the best with our portal. Also, you can try clearing your browser history and cache.

If you are trying to login with a Smartphone you may have to change your settings by turning off autocomplete/autocorrect or the default capital letter setting. This default setting may be capitalizing letters and the passwords are case sensitive.

Lastly, try manually writing your email and password as opposed to copy-pasting them which has sometimes caused problems.
