I'm having trouble downloading your videos

Please log out of the portal, clear your browser's cache, delete the files you're having problems with (if you've managed to download any) and try downloading everything again.

Make sure you right click on the download links (or ctrl-click if you're on Mac) to save the files to your computer. Options for that can look like: "Save As", "Save Target As", "Save Link As".

The download links for the videos are below it. They look like this:
Download the movie file (You may need to right-click the link and select "Save Target As")

You can download the PDF and audio files by right clicking (Ctrl-click) on the icons in the download box at the bottom of the respective pages.
