The best way to use the program and to get the most of of a 10 minute session is to do the entire program 2-3 times/week for 4-6 weeks to increase flexibility and strength as well as to become familiar with the postures in the “Shapeshifter Flow” routine. The “Flow” is what you should be doing for 10 minutes so there is not need to pick and choose postures as the routine is already set!
Of course, you can go straight to the video of the Shapeshifter Flow. However, there is only 3 rounds in the video(1 round is the routine on both the left and right sides of the body). so unless you are familiar with the postures and the order you will have to continue go through the segment multiple times.
The average person who knows the postures and the Shapeshifter Flow routine will probably do a minimum of 10 full rounds in 10 minute time frame. Those who are familiar and have been practicing the entire program for 4-6 weeks may be able to do even more “rounds” in the same 10 minutes.
Since you have the entire program at your disposal I truly suggest you try it in its entirety as much as possible then go for the Shapeshifter Flow. You will really get the most out of the program that way.
