What's the difference between Shapeshifter Yoga and Yoga for Bodybuilders/Yoga for Strength?

Shapeshifter Yoga is a top to bottom flexibility routine that includes a 70 minute Full Program and a shorter 20 minute Shapeshifter Flow. This program is meant to be a full introduction to yoga for folks who hate stretching — just the facts without the fluff.

Yoga for Bodybuilders / Yoga for Strength is presented in a “menu” format. Specific yoga poses are matched to each body part, and divided into Warm Ups and Cool Downs. To use the program, simply look up the body parts you’re training that day, and choose 1 or 2 warm up movements and 1 or 2 cool down stretches to do before and after your gym workout. The program gives you the specific movements that will make the most difference to your performance — WITHOUT spending a lot of time stretching.

While certain fundamental poses show up in both programs, Yoga for Bodybuilders / Yoga for Strength contains a great deal of material that is not part of the Shapeshifter Yoga program.
