One thing you can do is focus more on some of the lower body exercises. However, as long as you're losing weight overall there's not too much you can do to spot target.
Reality is, where you lose fat first and where you lose it last is different for different women. And typically "trouble areas" are those that tend to be the last to go. I'd add in a few extra minutes of the glutes warm up to increase blood flow into the area around your legs before you begin your workouts. Other than that, as long as you are seeing consistent results, keep following the plan for now.
